This is a key role responsible for managing the end-to-end warranty and work-in-progress (WIP) invoicing process - from claim initiation and documentation through to submission, tracking, reconciliation and finalisation.As the central link between the factory, warehouse and support teams, you’ll ensure warranty and costing information is accurate, timely and clearly communicated.
